Kyle Teel ankle injury

I don't expect any production from Teel any more this year. He wasn't any better than Quero or Romo before he hurt his ankle. I'd rather see him take the rest of the season off and get healthy for next year.

or he comes back fresh, figures it out and leads us to October

It's not a very vibrant color for sure.

This is all good and well, but where’s Romo gonna play?

A lot of people didn't appreciate just how valuable iron man AJ Pierzynski was.

Hard to not get into a hitting rhythm all season and just pick it right back up.

Mune hasn't been 100% the same as pre injury form and that was six weeks instead of months.

There is actually only one important line in this post… Scott. Considering where it’s placed here on the board, you get it. 🔥👌🏼

Right, but any news on the timeline of his return? He's been down there for about a week now and I haven't heard much for the last couple weeks. I had really hoped we might see him for this Houston series, or at least by the weekend.

I haven't seen anything on a timeline but I would think this week for sure.

He will be the guy tomorrow when the roster expands.

I am excited to see him back. Just need to tape his ankles before every game. Back in the day, taping ankles was required before every Chicago Public League HS football game I played in in order to minimize ankle injuries. Not sure if that was City-wide or only my HS. Teel probably should also use the fancy knee braces that 2023 got for his son. Precautionary measures given the history of injuries.

All I know is he was 5 for 14 in his first few games on the latest rehab stint.
