Everyone in this business has an ego, me included and when you've heard and read the things said about him by others in broadcasting, I don't care how much the Sox are paying him, it hurts and makes an impact.

I just think he would be better off doing broadcasting maybe in a different role somewhere or a different sport. I just don’t think this is a good fit for him.
