My confidence in Colson has been built on seeing him play through several slumps without losing it. When he first got going last year, I was worried that he could fall back into whatever happened to him at the beginning of his 2025 AAA season, which was obviously primarily mental. Well this is by far his worst MLB slump and the longest. We'll see if he can climb out.

And there's no batted ball component here, in fact he arguably is getting better results than he deserves over the past few weeks.
