What do we have to lose letting Sandlin and Thorpe have a chance in the rotation? If they get lit up, who gives a s%*#.

Score some runs. Call up somebody to start the game. Whatever the outcome, the abuse of the bullpen and reluctance to bring up ANYBODY to help them out is just negligent at this point. Thorp, Smith l,

Not exaggerating, this is where I’m at.

If the Sox, two seasons after losing 121 games; if they make the playoffs, but lose the season series against the Cubs, I will consider this season a disappointment.

Hope this is sarcasm

Actually think the 03-04 piranha's are my most hated team of all time.

Ummmm. Maybe I care less because I no longer live in Chicago but I just could care less about the Cubs. Isn't anywhere close to what a football derby is. I hate our AL central rivals more. The twins have caused me a lot more trauma.

Yeah, that's pure meatball s%*#. Imagine caring more about beating the Cubs than making the playoffs. That's flat out embarrassing.

I'll settle for something new like pitchers not fiving up runs after 2 out. No more unclutch.

Bregman is basically a slap hitter now huh?

18 pitches and only one out. Man they make our pitchers work hard.

Good lord is this ridiculous. Quit acting like an insecure ex- with the Cubs.

I got to meet Johan Santana a few weeks ago at an event. I told the dude as a White Sox fan there weren't many people who traumatized me more. Past that, he was a very nice guy, had some quality discussions about the AL Central pre-trade deadline.

I think the Cubs/Sox series is way too pumped up every year. However, this is the first season in a while when both teams are in contention. I still think series against AL Central teams are much more important. Sure, you want to win every series, but I'd rather lose a series to the Cubs than to the Tigers, Guardians, or Twins.

The first inning HRs have been the margin in the first two, so good start

Watching that guy pitch was a treat. Sucked he did it to the Sox. When him and Lariano were healthy it was scary.

I wish the cubs and sox were in the same division. Would make these games so much more meaningful, fun and exciting. Even moreso than they already are. And there would be more of them.

One of the best to ever do it at his peak. That change was peak nasty.

Injuries wrecked what could have been one of the all time greats. That 04 year was insane. I think we won a game against him in July at the metrodome and it was the last time a team actually got to him.

Beni is pulling off everything.

Yeah, even as an affirmed Cub hater this is taking it way too far. I'd trade a double-sweep from the Cubs for a playoff appearance 10 times out of 10.

Great at bat. Braden has to find a way to avoid the double play here

Holmes only had 3 whiffs in his last start despite the good line. They can make him work if they don't chase.
