8/20 GT - Braves @ White Sox (1:10pm CT)

I'm going to chalk this one up to bad luck and being emotionally and physically exhausted after the Cubs series and having back to back day games after probably getting home around 1-2am on Tuesday night.

I'll be there. Time for this team to get hot.

I assume most offenses around the league are mostly feast or famine and we just don't see it because we aren't watching.

1)I was afraid of a letdown after the last 2 series. The team looked flat. 2) After getting the first 2 runners on in the 7th inning with nobody out I thought Braden Montgomery would bunt and sacrifice the runners. Maybe he doesn't know how to bunt.

Or maybe all the blowhards openly screaming about bunting has made the team think twice.

No real enthusiasm in the crowd either. Feel like day games in the fall will be tough because of school. Less raucous atmosphere

Luckily no more weekday day games. Just 3 home Sundays. (4th one was pushed back later to become a national broadcast game)

I didn’t watch the game. Would bunting have possibly helped them score 2 runs?

If social media is impacting the Sox decision making processes, that would be ridiculous/ludicrous.

This isn't the WNBA!

I didn't watch it either. Just feeding the narratives.

I hope to God the players and/or management aren't fragile enough to worry about coaching advice from fans. If they are, they deserve whatever happens.

Sometimes, the other guy just has your number, and there's not much more to say.

Get some rest, guys, and come out strong tomorrow!

This really has been a tough week. It's not that the Sox lost games...it's HOW they lost them.

Couldn't close the door in the 9th inning Monday, couldn't close the door late in the game Tuesday and today you hold a team to only two runs you should win the game.

Now they have to face a red hot Mets team while some of the other division teams play refuse like the Rockies and Royals.

Mets aren't killing teams but they have been winning close games. We need to start off well tomorrow with Burke on the mound but facing a lefty I am a little worried
