Sox have not been able to make use of the LF here. Several balls that would be hits anywhere else, but are caught in Houston because the LF can play so shallow. But unlike Houston in game 1, Sox haven't hit balls off or over the wall.

Have a feeling that this month is going to show a lot of growing pain until they click and finally fire on all cylinders for the first time in a sustained streak.

Blanco is terrible and we still can't score. He's gonna be out of the game in an inning or 2 and we're gonna regret not scoring in these first 2 innings.

I think it’s him trying to turn up his own intensity because of where they are in the season. He’s corny but he’s always been corny. Now it’s like he’s trying to become more focused yet it’s still corny and still incredibly surface level analysis. It just really amplifies his lack of knowledge about the game. He’s been a cheerleader for 2 1/2 years, just like Hawk was, which is fine, but at least Hawk knew what hell was talking about.

Boys and girls..... we are really beyond tight right now. Uncharted waters and we are in a leaky boat. Pitching is spent and hitters trying to hit 7 run homers. Not looking good.
