Angel Martinez bomb

you just can't lose these games to teams playing out the string with too far now to reach the third WC in the NL

  • if the Sox had a competent owner, Getz would be out of baseball where he belongs, not running a pro sports team

  • Mason Adams + Hays or Pereira + Boston Smith in the minors makes this team better than Castillo + Doyle for this season and future seasons. This isn’t that difficult to understand.

  • It’s so nice hearing DJ.

pull him

Talk about a choke job….this team looks awful in just about every aspect except the bullpen

Look at the players on this roster right now and this lineup. It’s a glorified AAA team tonight. Guys like Acuna, Doyle, Rogers and Quero should be in the minor leagues.

"that new yorker confidence on 9/11" is a wild thing to say

Just saw the replay. They had him at home. Cmon

Worst part is knowing no one loses their job and they won’t spend s%*# this offseason. Tigers, Twins and Guardians are just as talented going forward.

Feels like the rest of mlb suddenly smells blood in the water

Doyle has to be the worst 6 hitter in mlb today/tonight

and obviously Acuna spot the catcher's spot

2nd place is Jerry’s favorite spot to be at

Chase made an awful throw

Cleveland 0.5 GB after tonight

Venable has Quero batting clean up and Doyle batting fifth. What a great spot to put your rally killers. Mind boggling.

This is beginning to look a lot like that 121 loss team.

I don't see them winning anything rest of season.

Meidroth’s arm cost them two runs so far. At least he homered.

I was thinking that same thing yesterday

they've got Kay dialed down, he will completely implode next inning

Brother Dan, I'm going to place this in the "Not Gonna Age Well" file. 😏

Sox homerun meme in the dug out should be defibrillator paddles

By the time the Sox return home, Cleveland will lead the division by 3 1/2 games!

Also, it seems for two decades, every Sox catcher just refuses to catch the ball on plays at the plate. Not saying it was a good throw, but just once would like to see a good scoop.

2-1 feels like a gift at that point. Their starter is NOT good. If the Sox have any self respect left they will take some good, patient at bats next inning.

This lineup reminds me of a late inning spring training game.
