No.Are they eliminated yet? Also no.So in fact they do have a chance and will be playing like it.And tiebreakers don't matter unless you are actually tied. Edited 3 hours ago3 hr by Lip Man 1

3 hours ago3 hr Sam acknowledged that his route was not good (yes, I heard his exact, more colorful, words), and that 'you gotta catch that one.' He's only human, just like every other guy on the team who may have failed to perform the way they would have hoped to in one situation or another. Now we look forward to the promise of a brand new day tomorrow. I think the guys will be fine!

3 hours ago3 hr Oh well, gonna sleep like a baby tonight...which means I'll be up all night and crying 😭 Nah, at least the Bears look legit if the Sox do implode...
3 hours ago3 hr Once again, does anyone ask Venable why the infatuation with using an opener so much? That choice today cost them the game.

3 hours ago3 hr Yeah, starting Murphy was nuts. And yeah, seeing Mune strikeout time after time is lousy. Still, the White Sox should have won the game. Taylor lost the game when he had the 0-2 count and threw the ball over the plate.
3 hours ago3 hr If even for one day I’d love to hear Ed O’Bradovich and Dan Hampton do the white Sox post game show. They would grind Venable and Getz to a pulp plus anyone else who deserves it.

Sox better find a way to win 2 at a minimum against the Tigers, or they’re fucked. Sox aren’t going to get any help from Boston.
3 hours ago3 hr I just hope that missed catch is not like the dropped late season foul ball by Adam Engel.

The analytics team along with the pitching coach probably decides. I'm sure Will has input, but he probably isn't the only decision maker.

Or have bullpen games.I didn’t like the route Sam took on that ball but the batter put it in the right spot. I also don’t always understand Venable pinch hitting like he has.Seems like a must win game tomorrow, whoever is pitching. Maybe it is Thorpe. They don't have to. Martin hasn't had 1 all year. So Dumbass venable thinks he has to change something that isn't broken

These guys won’t quit until the last out of game 162.I also have complete faith that they’re all learning and maturing through these experiences in ways that will serve their growth next year BIG TIME.Hopefully the same is also true for the coaching staff. Lots of room for improvement top to bottom on this team.LETS FUCKING GO WHITE SOX!!!
