Have we clinched a postseason series at the Rate? I don’t think we ever have.

How the f*** did this Indians team finish the season the way they did. They’re so, so bad.

I had to settle on game 4 tickets and starting to think I wont have a game to go. Crazy!!

How has Burke looked? I've been busy working.

Colson could cut down his Ks, if he cuts back on his swinging for the fences on every pitch. He will never be a small ball player regardless.

i think he k's less if he walks more. like he did in milb. he's also gonna strike out a lot. but he ostensibly has a good understanding of the zone, it just hasn't translated to mlb.

Or maybe the Sox are making them look bad?

That's crazy to think about but I don't think so. The only clincher of any kind I can think of going back to 2005 is the OG blackout game against the Twins.

That’s why Mickey Mantle was so good, he could beat you with homer, a single and even a bunt. Thats how you win a Triple Crown like he did in 1956.

Yes. This. Said time and time again but Adam Dunn should be who he studies. Dunn actuallly had one of the most patient eyes at the plate.

They faced weak competition down the stretch including the A's, checked out Red Sox, Royals, Baltimore, and Detroit. They basically caught teams at the right time all while getting gifts for runs. Just watch that 9th inning against the Royals on Friday night the last series of the year.

Would be a 10-2 run

10 games over for first time all season

88-78

Great grab

Dammit. Stole a leadoff man.

Nice play by Martinez. His defense has made a difference this series.

That Royals series, the way they won two of those games, was just unreal

This, but that's selling them short. They beat the Sox on two walk offs. They were playing well and now they're not. That's baseball Suzyn. Hopefully it doesn't change in the next couple innings.
