When he took over for Rob Gallas, it was a huge improvement and he made some great marketing moves in his first years. Now, I'd like to see Ishbia move on to someone else when he takes over. I realize three 100-loss seasons is tough for anyone to market, but I think the decline in quality was happening before the last rebuild collapsed.
