I'm picking Carl. He's been streaky all year long, from looking lost at the plate to tearing it up against anyone. I have a feeling he'll get back on track tonight.

 

3 more hours.. :gosox1: I'm just nervous about that first inning. If Garcia can get a 1-2-3 first inning, the crowd will go wild. And then Pods should have a great game.. just keep your foot on the f***in base tonight.

JR has to open the checkbook this offseason and get a real #3 hitter. But I'm glad they got Konerko back the the clean-up spot. Maybe Everett will get hot. The Sox could really use him.

Durazo or giles are the only two real options and i do not even consider giles an option. I see him going to the braves pretty easily to unite with his little brother. They will have the money since they will not be resigning furcal ( very good chance).
