come on, we've been the bottom feeder of the big ten for 6 seasons. We're allowed to swim in euphoria and be annoying. I think we've earned it.

Couldn't agree more.

Fixed it for ya partna :D

Dolphins suck. :P

ILLINOIS FOR NATIONAL CHAMPZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though, its nice that they're god-awful for the four years I'm there, and as soon as I'm gone they turn it around.

Woot, I love having no offense what so ever.

Greg Carr is awesome, Xavier is raw, our running game sucks.

I feel bad for the defense always being on the field.

Who is going to Gameday this weekend? This guy.

And why is that? Because your bitter Illinois beat Indiana? You're tired of seeing us be happy that our team is finally doing good?

Just wondering why you would make that claim considering even Indiana crushed Iowa, in Iowa, and Michigan is beyond pathetic this year..

I'm excited for the Texas matchup. I expect the staff to be fired up, and we traditionally don't lay down for them.

Heh, they can very easily beat us, Im not worried about the Iowa game at all... assuming the players dont take them lightly we should come away with an easy W. But even though i feel we should beat Michigan, that is far from a guaranteed win.

Michigan's defense is just so mind bogglingly slow that I like the Illini's chances in that game, especially with what App. State and Oregon did to them, but that's not a sure thing at all. Henne should be fully revved up again by that game, and their offense is dangerous.

Go Missouri and Iowa State.

Great come back for Hawaii. Down 14 with under 4 minutes to go to force it into overtime and win. They should've won by more than having to go into overtime, but a great game none the less.

I'm pumped for tomorrow.

Kind of a meh weekend in terms of big games(Next weekend is looking rather soft as well). Mizzou vs. OK should be nice though.

I loved Spurriers comment about North Carolina this week, per JOEDY McCREARY, AP Sports Writer

......

And then there's that little matter of settling the score between Spurrier and the North Carolina fans who felt he ran up the score on the Tar Heels in clinching a share of the Atlantic Coast Conference title in 1989 -- the last time Duke was a football champion -- then rubbed it in by snapping that famous (or infamous) photo.

Davis claimed to be unaware of any bad blood between the Tar Heels and Spurrier, but the Gamecocks coach defended the snapshot by saying the Blue Devils were celebrating their title, not the margin of victory.

"Anybody accuses Duke of running up the score, they ought to be embarrassed," Spurrier said.

I wasnt saying that as an implied "We will beat Michigan".. but Michigan is just simply not good this year, and we have them at home.. hence a winable game

The illini can't put it in the endzone and go up 6-3 w/ 9 minutes left in the 3rd. That overthrow by juice could come back to cost them.

Sure Iowa has only scored 3 points, but the defense has been kinda dissapointing... giving up so many long drives. And is the illini punter really that bad?

un f***ing believable

this will be a very depressing day if we manage to lose this game.

COME THE f*** ON JUICE

Illinois is not looking very good at all right now.

And why did Zook accept that penalty in the red zone? It would have been 4th down instead of giving them another shot to convert (which they've been doing all day).

:( C'mon Isiah

f***ing stupid coaching here. Why accept that penalty when they are going to punt, and then not blitzing brutal.
