That was the Richar I saw in the Detroit series. Hitting it hard in the gaps of that big park. He always has good ABs and has a good eye. Heck, isn't his OBP like .130 pts higher than his average?

Don't know if it's enough to bring much in here, but we need something...prefereably a young SS....our short stop situation is abysmal...we had a 34 year old starting in AAA tonight, and a late 20s SS starting in AA. Single A has the rapidly regressing Valido...in short, we got jack. Get someone, ANYONE for this position.

I still think a major deal will be made to bring in a SS. Miranda is still too far out to project. The other guys in our system are old or they suck. So, I believe a SP will be dealt with a SS being the center piece of any deal.
