Awful situational hitting by Uribe there. Just terrible.

I wouldnt mind exploring signing Burnett in the offseason

1. Buehrle

2. Burnett

3. Danks

4. javy

5. Floyd

thats a nasty rotation

Burnett, Sheets and Harden are huge health/head case risks that will cost a few bucks after CC cleans someone out.

He is a health risk, but I think less than the other two. This season he will go over 200 IP, he had 165 last season 135 the year before and 209 the year before that.

i can see the tigers making a serious bid over the yankees to get CC

Its gonna be very intersting to see where he goes, for all the talk about him wanting to play in Cali and in the NL...its hard to say no when teams are throwing huge amounts of money to you..

With that criteria, it sounds like the Dodgers would be the leading candidate if interested.

Depending on how the Brew Crew does in October, I wouldn't be surprised if they throw everything they can at him. They have a lot more $ than some lead on. Just because they lost Carlos Lee and Cordero doesnt mean they didnt offer huge contracts... they did in both cases.
