Thome dispatched with little fanfare.

Jr has all 4 RBIs in the series and the 5th was on his DP...I wouldnt hate on him just yet

 

Four RBIs and he has cost us at least that many runs with his play in CF. I'll take Anderson going 3-12 in the series and playing great defense in CF over Griff and his occassional offensive spurts ANY day of the week.

 

Griff should retire after this year, or just be a DH.

I would sit on Slowey's slow stuff. It looks very hittable.

Watching the end of an era. This team should be gutted in the off-season. Keep 3 of our starters, 3 or 4 RPs, and keep 1/3 of the lineup. The rest need to go.

Luckily your not our GM, because Griffey is one of the only damn players on the Sox who has shown up.

 

Its not his fault that the Sox are playing him in CF, they just refuse to sit DYE who has been the real problem.
