Good like to those who bought season tickets. Hope you enjoy stellar starting pitching. You can take your kids to the games and teach them how to pitch at least.

Just leave after the 7th inning when we have the lead, and the starter comes out.

More opportunity to fail.

The next hit Linebrink gives up will be the first hit he's given up this season.

It's Walker's fault. :)

Walker is not accountable to anyone for anything EVER!

Gordon will have problems in this league if he never learns to pull a fastball.

And Quentin was obviously a one-year wonder...

AND THESE GUYS ARE THE "BEST" HITTERS ON THIS SORRY-ASS TEAM.

Yikes

And in 2006 we were near the top of the league. So 2 years in the upper half, 2 years in the bottom 1/3, for a team that spends a large fraction of its money on pitching.

AL ranks in ERA

2009: 2

2008: 6

2007: 12

2006: 10

2005: 2

Basically we were terrible in 2007, but we all knew that.

I would love to know what KW is thinking right now. I wonder if he's starting to worry, or if he still thinks it's early. I wonder what his back up plans are. If it stays this bad, does he blow half the team up?

Last night we had 10.

Ya but 13 innings.

Good 2 innings from Linebrink today.

2 scoreless from Linebrink? What is this?

Now Ozzie will just use him more. Ugh.

Carlos Quentin is the Esteban Loaiza of our offense

More opportunity to fail.

Scott Linebrink hates you and wants your family to suffer.

Kenny should have told Oz that this is an AL team in an AL park and small ball won't work.

If Dye and Thome were over the hill, then we needed a superior option.

Great pitching in itself likely won't win us jack squat.

Last night we had 10.

Yeah but it took us 2 extra innings to get to that total.

Yikes

Tell me where I'm wrong, since you're obviously a professional scout.

It's still early.

And hey, they have Jon Rauch as their closer. He sucks, doesn't he?

Well can the go extra's 3 straight?

Twins looking for their 4th 1-2 run win already this season.

Not even remotely in the same galaxy.

And yet, even with the superior drafting abilities of Boston, look how much money they had to invest in upgrading their team in the offseason.

Your drafts seem a lot better when you can spend $150 million every offseason to fill any hole that appears.

If the White Sox were competing in the AL East, they would have to pick it up with the payroll and player development or they would be well below .500 every year. The White Sox drafts have been horrid. They have missed on a ton of players. They won't go above slot either.

Now Ozzie will just use him more. Ugh.

Why take that attitude? With this roster, I'm sure Oz is going to use a lot of guys you and everybody else deem s***ty.

Im sure KW realizes its been 5 games, and is fine right now..

Now, in a month or so things may be different there..

He has sweet neck tats though.

Be the Jon Rauch we all knew in Chicago please.
