Why would we ever want Vizquel at SS over Alexei? Ugh. Ozzie and his respect for veteran players. Probably doesn't want to "embarass" the great Omar Vizquel with a DH role.

Because Alexei Ramirez occasionally might need a day off, and most everyone seems to agree that it's kind of hot outside.

Heading back out to this one. Look for me 11 rows up behind home plate, slightly towards the Sox dugout, in my Danks jersey. $15 for the ticket on StubHub (though I had to pay the $10 processing/printing fee).

But he's not getting the day off. He's still playing. Now we get NoArm Vizquel at shortstop and Alexei doesn't get the day off.
