Angels beat him by going oppo. Good plan against a tough hurler. Our guys are yanking.

 

The White have not do this. It seems that if a pitcher can execute a game plan they will have a tremendous amount of success. Breaking stuff off the corners and fastballs off the inner half. The White Sox do not make pitchers work consistently enough to force them to throw a strike.

 

The prime example of this is El Gordo v Dyan in the 9th yesterday.

Scherzer throws hardly any sliders to LH batters. That's why LH batters are so effective against him.
