Lol, he attacked me first.

What are you, 12? Sheesh. It's not a contest. Just behave and be nice.

As for Last of Us, I'm 11 hours in and it says I'm at 49%. I'm going super slow because I'm stealthing and I'm literally clearing out every room to scavenge. It's kind of tedious, but I like it and I get to see all the incredible little details they put into the game.

Contest about what? I get attacked, I respond, and then I get yelled at for fighting? What the hell is that? And then on top of all that an ADMIN mocks me as well?

Nice....real nice.

Picked up The Last of Us today.

When I was checking out, I asked the cashier how the pre-orders were going for the Xbox One and PS4. He said the PS4 had far more pre-orders and that it was at least a 2:1 ratio.

For those who have played both Bioshock Infinite & The Last of Us, which would you reccomend playing first?

Just finished the last of us, holy s*** that was incredible. Never got repetitive, and amazing story.

It's an incredibly stupid "nickname", by the way, especially when a much simpler/better one is staring everyone in the face: XBOneD.

that one kinda sucks

I did a marathon this weekend and beat it. It's really is a great experience all around. Not as powerful as Bioshock Infinite was, but close.

The best advice I can give for playing the game is use the Bow and Arrow a lot. It's great to take guys down without making a sound.

Sadly I didn't start using the bow and arrow until I was in the tunnel to the hospital at the end. I then realized my mistake in never using it.

Only read this if you've finished the last of us.

The university lab mission into playing as Ellie in the snow and then becoming Joel and getting her out might have been my favorite few missions together in a video game. The science lab was so tense.

Nobody attacked you, I merely called you out for being a hypocrite, and then I said the XBox Done name is terrible.

Joe sometimes takes things too seriously. That wasn't an "attack", it was just an argument. That's what the internet message board world exists for, clearly.

Let's just all agree that XBOX has blown since the 360 days and move along.

In NBA 2k12 last night, my dude put up 67 points, 9 boards, 11 assists, 11 steals, and 2 blocks last night on 68% shooting (66.7% from 3) last night against the Bulls. Needless to say, we won by 35.

ounds like Microsoft is backtracking heavily on its plans for the Xbox One. Should hear more today or tomorrow. Wow if so.

If so, it's better to admit you made a mistake and fix it then to stubbornly stick by a flawed product and fail.

Story broke right after I posted. From GiantBomb:

Microsoft to Pull Complete Reversal on Xbox One DRM Policies

by Patrick Klepek on June 19, 2013

Sources indicate Microsoft is going to move away much of what's caused the company so much headache.

The tug-of-war between Microsoft and Sony just got more interesting. Multiple sources inform me Microsoft will announce what amounts to a complete reversal on its DRM policies for Xbox One today.

What does this mean?

No more always online requirement

The console no longer has to check in every 24 hours

All game discs will work on Xbox One as they do on Xbox 360

Authentication is no longer necessary

An Internet connection is only required when initially setting up the console

All downloaded games will function the same when online or offline

No additional restrictions on trading games or loaning discs

Region locks have been dropped

Suddenly, the XBox One doesn't look like such a bad deal.

Well, it is still 500 bucks.

So, if MS reverses all of this, will taylorstsox think that Microsoft lost E3? ;)

Still $100 bucks more and you have to pay for online content. But yeah, this helps. I wonder if they looked at the 2 to 1 ps4 pre-orders and got scared?

Well, it is still 500 bucks.

Mr. Smartypants, these are the 15th and 16th definitions of the word deal:

15. a business transaction: They closed the deal after a week of negotiating.

16. a bargain or arrangement for mutual advantage: the best deal in town.

I said it like the 15th definition, but you interpreted it as the 16th. LEARN TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN

Yes, it's still expensive as s*** and I am not buying either right away. When/if I do, it's going to be a PS4 because I don't play XBox exclusives all that often.

PS4 was cheered on Jimmy Fallon last night for promoting used games. Funny if that was the tipping point.

Damn..guess it's back to buying both of them, now. I've already gone from having the XBox One preordered, to cancelling that and preordering PS4...

the real crime here still, again, is the stupidass console exclusive game crap.
