My sister and her husband live in Italy and they just bought an XBox One. We Skyped with them last night... Skype on XBox One is really sweet. The camera auto zooms to them, and follows them around the room if they get off the couch. Dang impressive.

 

I'd love to buy a Kinect 2 and put it on my TV and connect it to a laptop.

Saw a bunch of Xbox One's at Sams this weekend. Still haven't seen a PS4 anywhere.

 

I'm not in the market for my PS4 yet, but yeah, I have yet to see one in the wild.

I simply hope for a PS4 to be available somewhere on 12/26.

PS4 sucks right now, but I'm so happy it forced me to upgrade to PS Plus.

 

 

It allowed me to get games Borderlands 2, GRID, Dragon's Dogma and a few other games for free. Games like Uncharted 3 are on there if you haven't played it yet.

I would imagine that he means more people will adopt the inferior XBOX One due to lack of ability to get a PS4.

Sorry I meant Xbox is in stock and will struggle unless they cut the price or something. PS4 is selling like hotcakes. It sucks right now IMO but that will change hopefully.

I was actually thinking about switching back to xbox after not being able to find a PS4. Probably not the best idea.

I think they both have some very cool features. I own a PS4, not an Xbox, but maybe in a few years I'll get one for cheap if they drop the price enough. I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed with either one and neither one has a ton of games for now.

I also want to pick up a cheap Wii that nobody wants, anyone selling?

Sony has done a better of job of drumming up interest by making their product less available. Xbox clearly overestimated how many people wanted their system. I thought it was kind of weird too that Amazon didn't get a huge ps4 order like they did with the Xbox One.

Well because when it was first announced, it WAS a disaster. But they slowly started going back on a lot of the things they planned on doing and now both systems are pretty close again.

I think you're thinking of using your cable box, which the PS4 doesn't do. DVR as in records gameplay and you can go back and watch and save chunks of it with pause/FF/rewind ability.

You're probably right, but DVR means digital video recording so they both have that. Not all cable boxes are DVRs.
