Dewayne Wise on the DL with a hamstring.

Jordan Danks recalled. The brothers are on the 25-man for the first time.

Time to start busting out the Jor. Danks and Joh. Danks jerseys.

Conor Gillaspie our #3 hitter??!?!?!?!? Hmmmm......

Oh I see, Gillaspie HAS to bat 3rd, because lefties already occupy the 1st, 5th, and 7th spots in the lineup, and we all know you are not allowed to bat two lefties in a row. So Gillaspie is in the 3-hole. Got it.

What a line up lol

Only good thing is Gillaspie batting 3rd and Dunn down to the 5th spot

I wonder if Robin is making a statement not having Keppinger play 2nd base since he is one of our hot hitters. Nah.

Hahn talked about holding some players accountable for lack of effort on the radio today -- related?

I feel like De Aza is the one that would be on the bench. But I think it was obvious Rios needed a break.

Rios is definitely a guy with questionable effort, or at least has been in the past. Keppinger is hard to read either way. I'm sure it's stuff that goes on behind the scenes that would determine how the staff thinks guys work. Could just be rest for these guys, though.

Rios has played in over 60 consecutive games, starting and finishing each. I think he's earned a day off.

I hate this kind of thing. It's a CYA move by Hahn.

I actually agree with you. If Hahn wants to vaguely suggest someone is not giving the required effort, why hasn't this been already dealt with one way or another? Seems he may be suffering from a lack of effort as well.

Comments like that are dumb.

Always vague.

So then everybody starts guessing who the guilty parties are.

usually we don't know.

And won't know.

Interesting lineup....could easily be the everyday lineup come August with Beckham in for Greene

I didn't think I'd say this a few weeks ago...but soon, we're going to have to find a way to get Keppinger at bats. He's arguably our hottest hitter right now. How are we going to do that?

Wow that looks good

Lefties hit Parker really well and Gimenez is on the bench?

I wish we would of switched Danks and De Aza in the line up. De Aza doesn't seem to realize he is a lead off hitter
