I honestly don't think it had any impact. Hahn said repeadedly that money wasn't that big of a factor and if they guy they wanted was there they'd take him. That's what happened. June 6, 201411 yr Not about money. About the fact that historically speaking the Sox stay away from Boras prospects in the draft. Im trying to think of anyone after Bobby Seay who the Sox drafted and was Boras. I know Crede was but Im not sure if he was Boras when drafted.
