They definitely can't afford to accept Baez and Edwards alone after what happened last year with those two guys. Even if Alcantara was added as a sweetener. If they can get an extension (see F.Garcia 2004) agreed to, then he's worth the equivalent of Reed/Morse/Olivo, essentially.
