No but those only come along every 15 or so years (Luck is also kind of overrated but whatever).

 

This year's QB class is pretty typical so far, Goff is separating from the pack though.

The Bears need help everywhere but at WR also, and because the Patriots forfeit their first rounder the 2nd round pick is basically a first (32 overall). So it's actually not a bad year to be picking #1.

Cutler isn't going anywhere. Pace has too many holes to fill. If he thinks he can get a franchise guy this year, I may be wrong, but I don't see it.

Cutler isn't part of the future "good Bears" so you dump his ass if have the chance.

Ehhhh, Jared Goff is getting close to an elite prospect.

This could very well be RG3's last season in Washington. If I am the Bears I'd definitely give him a shot here. He hasn't been all that bad IMO.

He also plays in a spread offense that is a concern, playing under center a whole different deal. He also has trouble with arm strength on deep ball.

Agreed on all of this. Getting a defensive player in the top of the draft seems to be more of a lock than any poential quarterback in this draft.

PFF seems to mainly function to confirm your biases when it shows it and ignoring everything else. PFF routinely rates Matt Forte as like, the worst Bears offensive player.

He's a downright assassin. I felt dirty cheering for him to win me my fantasy week but he's amazing.

if you are going to take a shot on RGIII, you take the shot on him this year and trade for him now. Let him practice for a few weeks and then plan on giving you half a season. I see no problem with that train of thought. Of course that is assuming you can move Jay.
