Nice job by Duke. Letting Victor reach and getting out of it was a break, as he is now out of the game.

2nd most important play of the game was letting Victor Martinez single.

Robertson sure has been shaky the last 12 appearances....almost had his 4th blown save in that span, and 5th overall. But survived thanks to Victor Martinez being PR for by Ausmus late.

It's all pitch calling imo. His stuff is exactly the same. His fastball is the best 93 mph fb you'll ever see, but they seem way over reliant on it. It needs to be deceptive and it isn't when it's all he's throwing. Even that last ab was nothing but fastballs.

 

Would love to see his pitch % vs his time with the Yankees if anyone has that.

He isn't going to get many wins throwing 100 pitches in 5 innings. He leaves too many innings to the bullpen. He's learning though.

For Robertson pitch mix, depends on the source. BIS says nothing unusual, PITCHf/x says higher percentage of straight fastball than the last few years.
