LOL at Cubs fans booing Sale as he left. Classy bunch.

I take it you have never been to a Cubs Sox game at the Cell

If you took the bottom 5 AL teams and the top 5 NL teams, and made one 10-team league, and everyone played each other 18 games...9 with the DH and 9 pitchers hit...I think the "bad" AL teams are better.

You are trolling. I won't feed you.

Are you f***ing serious? Sanchez is second to last in WAR in all of baseball. That is a factual statement. Based on advanced metrics, he's provided less overall value than Micah. Also a factual statement. However, a big portion of this site has decided to write off Micah because of his defense (in a small sample) for a guy who has been one of worst hitters in baseball. There is nothing to troll here, Sanchez has been terrible and worse than Micah. This DEFENSE IS EVERYTHING argument is so f***ing stupid and I'm shocked at how many people are willing to accept it as reasonable logic.

EJax sighting!

Can't believe anyone would argue for Micah at this point, unless you think his d has improved 10 fold.

Lol...I can't believe people would actually argue for the second worst player in baseball, but it keeps happening...

The worst 2-3 NL teams are clearly worse than the worst 2-3 AL teams. Whether the best 1-2 NL teams are better than the best 1-2 AL teams will be decided in October.

Petricka has been fantastic lately.

WAR is not the end-all stat of a baseball player's worth. It is flawed. Carlos Sanchez is not the second worst player in baseball.

If Micah had the same number of PAs as Sanchez, at the rate Micah was going he'd have been at -0.8 to -1.0 fWAR too. He'd have had to be better during his second 100 PAs than his first to make a difference, otherwise he'd be the "Worst player in baseball".

Kasper keeps taking aboutv the Mets and the wild card race. If only they could have beaten the Cubs just twice out of those 7 games.

Meanwhile, Sanchez doubles

You are a really dumb troll then.

Nice double for Sanchez. Let's score this insurance run to keep them out of GS range.

Don't bother with this clown. He has no concept on the amount of runs Sanchez has saved by playing good defense.

100% agree, but it's not that wrong. And quite frankly, it's much more accurate on the offensive side where Sanchez has been terrible. We're talking about a guy with a .450 OPS. I don't care how good people think he is defensively, he can't be a positive value at 2B with that level of offensive output.

Don't shoot the messenger, but I heard Buddy Bell today and it doesn't sound like they have plans to bring Micah Johnson back anytime soon.

IS ROBERTSON HURT? WTF???????

Wow, that's the best you got. You unable to read numbers bro? Guessing that "2nd to last in majors" point might be a little above your intelligence level. But keep rolling with the "troll" jokes. That's some funny s***.

Ok, now Robertson?
