The problem is there are very few of them. Look at Flowers minor league numbers before he showed he has a tough time hitting. I don't trust catchers minor league numbers.

Zero reason to non tender Avi. He's only going to make $2.5 million or so and has an option left. You don' t give up his potential for so little money.
