Wow, certainly looked like Cain could have caught that. Awful jump then dogged it.

I'm starting to wonder. His face does not look a day under 35.

Lawrie is so late on everything

Shocker...some number 5 hitter

Lawrie needs to start punching balls to RF

Lawrie is in such a slump right now

Farmer pleading Rock Raines' HOF case.

C'mon Lawrie, you're heading for 200 strikeouts!!!

Shades of Cy Chen/Guthrie with this outing. Thankfully, Q's even better.

Lawrie has been tanking badly in May.

Fire the BP pitcher and find someone to pump in 88 mph fastballs. I hear Danks is looking for work.

Home run total for the team is plummeting compared to other teams. Near the bottom of the AL

Can't hit a straight 89 mph fastball!

I wish we could clone Sale and Quintana

Ortiz has driven in 121 runs in his last 131 games. Says he'll come back next year for $25 million. Gee, that would be a shocker. He'll be like Brett Favre and never go away. Typical. ESPN and Peter Gammons will love it, a least.

Quintana on cruise control. Not sure what's worse, Benetti's questioning of Stone or Farmer going on and on about how Jerry Reinsdorf is the greatest owner in the history of professional sports.

Perfect location there to get Hosmer to roll over and pull it to 2nd. When he's going well, he'll take that ball to the opposite field.

Now imagine it without Frazier.

Quintana looks really good so far.

Saladino haters are being silenced right now. He pretty much set the tempo for this game by making that first play on Escobar.

Just noticed we'll probably miss Syndergaard, which I'm cool with.

Which is why they needed an Alvarez or Carter to add one more big threat...to keep pitchers honest.

Unfortunately, it's going to cost more in June/July than it would have in January-March when all those guys were available and started taking heavy discounts.

Gordon Beckham-esque.

If Saladino can maintain a 650ish OPS, then he definitely gets the nod defensively.

Then you're playing Rollins only against LHP.

Beckham of course is hitting well

He seems to have better at bats after his first one so I am hoping that trend continues

Ump sure loves the low strike.

3 straight k looking
