I like this draft a lot better than most. Really think Hield-Murray-Dunn will be perennial all stars. Would absolutely love any of them.

A lot of guys are gifted athletes. He needs to do something besides dunk and do a decent job shooting 3's to be a top guy on a contender.

He has the tools you can work with though. Not gonna write off a kid that young just yet. Steph Curry had the same issues coming out about learning to play the point and he was getting 36 minutes as a rookie the same age as LaVine.The only things I question with LaVine is his basketball I.Q. and if he cares enough to be passible defensively.

It's still an awful comparison. LaVine didn't even start in college while Curry was doing crazy s***. Steph was also better as a rookie than I ever expect to see from LaVine.

I like Lavine but if you trade butler for him and Dunn you deserve to be the worst team for a long time.
