The fact he thought this was a good idea alone probably proves enough incompetence to the point where he shouldn't be in charge.

If you aren't going to answer any questions, why not just issue a statement. I don't know what else he could have / should have said, but if you are going to put him out, you need to address questions, imo.

Wade is meeting the media and specifically says he has no hard feelings towards Rondo and that he has NO REGRETS about what he said. Doug Collins will be on ESPN 1000 in about 5 minutes, so that might be interesting.
