  1. Past hour

  2. Honestly, Cleveland is a great place to see a game.
  3. didn't even realize JAX came back lol craziness can the Bears set their own offensive ineptitude records?
  4. He just needs to have some..... fun...... this off season
  5. Obviously this is fake news from the fake media. That's why Trump needs to deploy troops in Chicago. That's clearly the only way to stop the thousands of murders a day happening and being covered up by the corrupt Democracts in charge.
  6. Disrespecting the game for awhile.....
  7. Haven’t seen this type of dominance in about 17 hours
  8. Just going to be one of those 💩 weekends starting with DA Coach passing.
  9. feels like a White Sox game thread most teams don't excel with backup QBs but their only loss so far involved a Williams game be thankful, at least you don't have Swift/Loveland for ff or that you're not a Jaguars' fan
  10. Packers are packing the Bears’ 💩.
  11. I found Ramirez's comments and I still don’t see what Colome’s Hat is referring to… After the game, Ramirez addressed the fight and what he saw as the underlying cause of it.
  12. The Bears clearly don’t care that we’re grieving the Sox right now.
  13. Start by saying I'm a white man and I know José is a black player. However enough African American players have talked about the hurdles they have faced in the game today. I think many players and people fundamentally rejected the way TA was a proudly black player and didn't conform to what the white establishment wanted out of a baseball player. I didn't know before looking it up that Jose did apologize after which is class and good for him. Hopefully it was also mistranslated
  14. loool, they're gonna get blown out at this rate. they look like absolute s%*# so far
  15. Last year's defense was susceptible to big plays, especially against these bums. Different year, same s%*#.
  16. Bagent is so bad
  17. Bears getting shredded up lol, what a joke
  18. It’s not obvious to me. What was some of it about?
  19. Honestly, having those ump cams and watching pitches come in from an umpire perspective gave me a whole new appreciation for hitting the baseball (and also confirmed for me that we need full time ABS to get 100% accuracy on balls and strikes). I have no idea how these hitters hit these balls. And then you throw in breaking pitches like with what Gavin Williams has, it’s literally impossible for the human brain to make the distinction between a face high fastball and a 12-6 curve in the dirt when the ball is breaking just a few feet away from the plate after the hitter needs to make the decision to swing if they are going to hit it if it’s a 100mph fastball. You can see it too with this pitch overlay technology that is absolutely fascinating to me. Idk how this get fixed. Or if it’s something that even needs to be fixed? But how do you as a hitter adjust to that. Idk. Also makes sense why sign stealing is happening more often. Too damn hard to hit the ball.
  20. White Sox were something like 8-1 or 9-1 in his last string of appearances. He's definitely earned a lot of respect now from around the baseball world...that recent Athletic/NY Times article, for example.
  21. He said that TA was disrespecting the game. Whatever you think of TA, it's very obvious what some of this is about. Apparently he apologized afterwords but still.....
  22. Don't know. Velocity gets young pitchers paid. Despite all the TJS. They can't easily move minimum batters faced to 4-5. Moving the mound back 6-12 inches? Shrink the strike zone or plate slightly? Also way too many games with position players pitching...impacting statistics and the integrity of the game unnaturally.
  23. I don’t recall anything like you seem to be hinting. Do you have a link to Ramirez’s comments? I looked them up and still couldn’t find what you seem to be referring to.
  24. Happy Peter Thiel is not a White Sox fan...too, that we know of, at least. Get well soon!!!
  25. Maybe they can lower the mound again like they did in the late 1960s. In MLBs early days there was not a pitchers mound and some pitchers started to experiment having the grounds keeper build a little hill to give them an advantage, there were no rules or regulations until the owners decided to go with a 15 inch high mound which in 1969 was reduced to the current 10 inch height, maybe it’s time to go a 5 inch high mound or even no mound at all. With these monsters now throwing regularly in the high 90s along with insane spin it would seem to me that a change is needed, there is absolutely nothing exciting about a team striking out 19-21 times in a game.
