  1. Past hour

  2. One could say it’s gone off the rails. :rimshot:
  3. You have to correct a post using emojis? Good fucking god, this place. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ *This post was approved, in part, by the woke police and has a sensitivity rating of 67.8.
  4. I just found myself pausing the radio on my phone once an inning and it both worked out well and was easy to fix. Well worth the hassle to avoid Darling and his sidekick.
  5. Luck is a good thing but Burke and the hitting have to rise to the occasion.
  6. COLSON - HE’S LOOKIN AT YOU KID!!!
  7. Destiny. Acuna, today’s your day. 😆 On another note - Wind and humidity favor going out to right and will knock balls in the air down to left.
  8. BURKE AND PSYCHO SAM! PS - What uni’s you think they’re going to sport? Gotta go back to black threads, I imagine.
  9. Very excited to see what this first LatAm class looks like, assuming the signing period actually happens. I thought someone here said that it may not.
  10. I agree with all of this. I don't know if a lockout affects this, but January's International class will be David Keller's first fully recruited signing class. It would be nice to see the system get a jolt from that department.
  11. You're right, AntMan. Seems like the radio is about 30 seconds ahead of the TV video, so hearing the action before you see it becomes kind of a spoiler.
  12. My wife has been a "fan" of the Sox since we met almost 15 years ago, but really started locking in toward the latter part of the 2025 season. She's at the point of being able to call out what Steve is going to say before he says it even with not that much time listening to him. I see that as a sign of Steve losing his fastball. Running out of things to say, repeating himself a lot. His old nemesis Hawk used to be accused of being able to be reduced to a soundboard as well, although Hawk could always surprise you (not necessarily in a good way, depending on your taste).
  13. I would say this thread devolved, but that was about 100 pages ago
  14. Wasn’t tray the guy who’s scared of public transit? Mr. South side lol. What a goof.
  15. Today

  16. Where’s Leury Legend when you need him
  17. I have your posts on ignore because of your utter failure to engage in a discussion in a rational manner even once. I also didn't join Soxtalk to race to the bottom and make petty personal insults to people who disagree with me on any topic. But, I have to make an exception here to stand up for myself. You're a fucking lying idiot who does nothing but launch personal attacks that aren't based on reality. I'm not even going to waste my time responding point by point to your nonsense because what you spout about other people is just total bullshit. A few months ago, you went after me for saying that I took my kids to the Fundamental area. That shows everyone how much of a fucking lowlife you are. Going after my family life because you don't like my opinion about stadiums? Really? FUCKING IMBECILE. You think you're more of a Sox fan than others because of some idiotic idea that your more "South Side" than others? What a sad, warped world view you have. Stop waving your dick about your South Side street cred, nobody give a s%*#....seriously there are zero posters who are impressed by this. In fact, it just make you look pathetic to others reading this thread. Look around. Nobody...and I mean NOBODY here likes your tired schtick. And yet, you continue to come here to take a steaming dump on this thread over and over again because stadium news hurts your feelings and makes you want to lash out at everyone. Fucking crybaby. I'm sure your response to this is just to put a laugh emoji. Sorry to break it to you, but that is not a "sick burn", it just shows how much of a fucking idiotic coward you are. I take great joy in seeing how other posters take you down in epic fashion over and over again. Other posters should (and have) voiced their opinion that they'd rather the Sox stay at Rate Field, or at least at 35th St. That's a legitimate difference of opinion that fans can have. There are pros and cons to each of the stadium options the Sox could take after 2029. Each site has benefits and drawbacks. But you're not interested in any of that. In fact, for other people who want the Sox to stay at 35th St over the South Loop, you're just an embarrassment to their side of the issue who drowns out legitimate concerns about the South Loop option with comically unhinged tantrums. Okay, everyone - carry on. Go Sox and hopefully we can raise some pennant flags before this team moves to Railyards Field in 7 or 8 years.
  18. Need somebody to become a legend tonight.
  19. Seriously, Don Quixote is like "Bruh, too much".
  20. I want this to be a blowout by our Sox tonight but I think it’s going to be a really tight game the hole way through. Should be good entertainment for the rest of the country and anxiety inducing for us and Cleveland fans.
  21. 🤞🏻⚾️🧦🔥💪🏼🤘🏻🤞🏻
  22. Ironically, this thread would be many pages shorter and probably slipping to the 2nd page of the forum more often if it weren't for the almost-comically unhinged tirades and rants which results in many posters calling out the nonsense. The thought has crossed my mind that he's just trolling us and that this is all an act. Almost certainly not, but that would be some genius-level trolling if it were an act.
  23. LFGWS INDEED!!! ITS TIME!!!!
  24. Tonight has the potential to be amazing or painful. As a diehard UGA fan, Bama-Dawgs is a huge game. 30 mins after kickoff, Sox play in an elimination game. Thank god for split-screen. Not sure my heart can take it, boys.
