  1. Past hour

  2. Yeah I read the tweet earlier and then had Judge in my head instead of Stanton. Getting those two lugheads confused.
  3. ladies, leave jefry yan at home. the sox are full of bombers and they pockets pre-arbitration.
  4. From MLB.com story today. This comes on the heels of Fegan reporting the pitching staff is "exhausted" a few days ago: Workload finally showing up: White SoxSince July 1, White Sox relievers have combined for 3,278 pitches thrown, the most in the Majors. Only three other teams have reached 3,000: the Padres, Pirates and A’s. The Sox are the Cinderella story of the 2026 season, but bullpen usage is threatening to move the clock to midnight. The good news? In recent years, evaluating innings, pitches and "pulls" has not been as predictive of a September faltering as skill. Massive workload alone isn't fatal. Still, there's reason for concern. Chicago relievers' K-BB% fell dramatically this month, from over 14% in each of the previous three months to 10.9% in August. Their underlying Stuff+ also sits at a season-worst 97 this month. A lot of arrows are pointing up in Chicago, but one pointing down is bullpen performance.
  5. Damnit it was Stanton not Judge. So I’m spreading false information but my statement still stands #yeahhhhbudddy
  6. Wow. Haven't seen that reported anywhere reputable though. And Stanton strained his other calf.
  7. Aaron Judge most likely out for the year the AL playoffs are wide open #whynotus #believe #yeahhhhhhbuddddy
  8. We should have binders full of them.

  10. The first half of this Sox Machine video gives a good overview of the Amtrak and (potentially) new stadium plans. It includes a couple of maps of the rail area between Lots C and G as well as the Amtrak and BNSF properties at 14th St. to highlight the areas being impacted (though they don't include a map of the 2nd rail yard parcel Amtrak is looking to utilize between 26th and 29th St at Canal St.). Jim and Josh also give a pretty good overview of the Sox ownership sale dynamic between Reinsdorf and Ishbia and why that has led to a little disconnect on White Sox involvement in this effort. They also make reference to public meetings on Parks and Rec and how those always went sideways.😄
  11. A little bit of premature e-jump-ulation from Yan last night. Mr Rogers jumped all over an 0-1 fastball and sent us home happy. Spark we needed to jump start a hot streak. Castillo vs. Scott
  12. feeeee-male friendly environment yup. love us females here.
  13. Today

  14. I'm more annoyed about giving up Mason Adams. You could argue that Mason Adams is already a better player than Doyle is.
  15. Kid just turned 17. There are like 50 other 17-year-olds with similar stats. Better than OPSing .500 like a typical Sox international signing, but the projection is that he's small, slow, doesn't hit for power, probably won't last in the infield. Fixating on a low tier teenage prospect seems, I dunno, pointless. Some Rockies blogger is calling him the 48th best prospect in their system.
  16. There is zero reason to think this dude is suddenly Tatis. Let’s wait until he does something in Kanny before we worry about him. Not suggesting he can’t be a dude or that this was a good trade (remains mind boggling to me as a mid season addition), but most of the kids that hit in the DSL end up being big nothings.
  17. Dominguez with the win
  18. Good point. I remember him. He met his Waterloo in Kanny, IIRC. Did he also get a large bonus when he signed with Sox? The question is, then, will Vielma's trajectory resemble that of Bailey or Tatis? Or somewhere in between. We'll see.
  19. I agree, Len and DJ are phenomenal. I hope they both stay on the air for decades to come.
  20. I like Guff but love the job he has now. Tbh I'm a bit agnostic only because when I'm out and about, I just put on the radio. Len and DJ are just so good. For me, Kaspar is a future HOFer as a radio broadcaster. It's people like him and Rooney that made me fall in love with the game.
  21. We gotta get her on soxtalk, a female friendly environment.
  22. Schiff didn't even know who Bill Veeck was or how to pronounce his name. You can enjoy him if you like, but stop making stuff up.
