A "live" look in on the Orioles window of contention....

Well, at least we don't have to worry about the Orioles fans coming back for the playoffs.

Jo Adell who CLE picked up at the deadline, has helped them in their play-off run. Pisses me off.

What was a rout turned into a too close for comfort game, anytime you win a game it’s great but this one with Castillo out there in the 9th sort of left a bad taste in my mouth. Going forward, one more win in KC will be fine and then come home and sweep the Rockies. The BoSox will win a game in their series with the Guards and then KC takes one from Cleveland and there’s a tie for the Division but we win with the tiebreaker.

Come on Red Sox. Do us a favor these next 2 days

Boston is not playing all of their starters. Openly admitting they are resting some of their players before the playoffs. Cleveland sucks and are getting teams to lay down for them. Their last two games they’ve won scoring a grand total of 4 runs. Realistically in order for the Sox to win the division they are gonna have to have Cleveland drop 2 out of their remaining 5 games. I don’t see the Whitesox running the table. They haven’t been able to put a sustained win streak together to this point. Not expecting it to happen now

Boston's line-up looked pretty weak. Barely 2 runs and that only after an 8th inning HR. Then they allow CLE to score what would become the winning run in the 9th. I did not check but was that 9th inning run against their Closer? Red Sox know they can coast into the playoffs and could care less about the White Sox. Meanwhile CLE smells blood.

This quote sure makes it sound like the Sox have no idea how to fix Castillo or what to have him work on right now. Weird that the GM would just admit it like this, rather than saying something like, “we have Luis working on a few things.”

Meh the Yankees probably have the best pitching staff in the AL going into theplayoffs. We struggled scoring against them…..if we can avoid em let’s go down that route

A win tonight could clinch a WC spot and put our Sox in the division lead. Just win baby!

In your scenarios you have to look at the AL West results and Hoston wins that and we win tiebreaker with Rangers for WC.

I will go with Sox finish 5-0
