The odds of both teams not doing anything in each possession in a 30-30 game are very low. You always defer.

And the clock finally struck midnight for us. That's brutal to lose him on the kneel down play. It was a great run this year. Sad it had to end this way.

Actually you always want to defer in OT because each side is guaranteed a possession so it's better if you know what you need to do after watching the first drive.

Need Jacksonville to win, so we can avoid Buffalo in the 2nd round. Both of these teams would own us (Jacksonville already did) but I'd like at least a reasonable chance to win a playoff game in the divisional round. Pittsburgh would be the most ideal opponent.

I'm surprised people are giving up on Williams so easily, he has often led you guys to big comebacks after looking mediocre for long stretches. It's not over for Chicago yet, but they need to get it going quickly in the 3rd and get some stops. You guys could still win it....you should know that by now.

Indeed. It will take a herculean effort to knock them off and bring home the sixth national title. I am proud of the team either way.
