Pollock with that phat impact. You love to see it.

Moncada IL, Burger up; Burr IL, Foster up
I would rather Burger get the look and see if they have a future here (or he is great trade bait for a SP at deadline), then have a hurty Moncada become enemy #1 on this board with a bad April. This really hurts the team overall, but they need Yo for the stretch run more than April anyways.

and had the benefit of pitcher's hitting and bad diamondbacks and rockies teams to abuse. Yaz and Sheets are going to light his flat fastball up.

Can we get a twins gas can logo...because that pen is about to be the worst in the American league.- TLR 2022 Thread
Its so weird... because i hate Tony LaRussa with a passion...but the team really does rally around him and say all the right things. Its either total PR Bullshit or he has changed his philosophy and learned to be a tolerable ass hat. But...it aint no thing without that ring.- Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
Great deal for Cleveland...but also knowing their budget, they will rely on the prospects coming in more so than FA route. they are 2 years away from being a major threat, but glad to see them finally keep a star.- Cueto to Sox (Official)
When Rodon's arm blows up in May are all of you going to STFU? Seriously, it's over. Move on. He is going to get hurt. Cueto is a warm body and better than internal options. End of story. This site is really becoming unbearable.- Cueto to Sox (Official)
So for this years budget they traded Kimbrel for Pollock and signed Cueto (pollocks 5 mil buyout is next season), and i think that was a very solid use of funds. Katz knows him, so that is definitely helpful. Lets hope 1-2 months of lightning in a bottle and its worth everything- Sox Acquire Reese McGuire for Zack Collins, Officially
that video breakdown is great. Collins is an organizational failure and frustrating that they never were able to even get a slight improvement out of him.- Lance Lynn has slight tendon tear, 4 weeks no throwing off mound
Honestly between getting the procedure and less wear on his arm, maybe this is best for him and a playoff run. Get on a fucking diet thought the next 6 weeks- Lance Lynn has slight tendon tear, 4 weeks no throwing off mound
So wait...hes smiling? The board told me he was out 3-4 months.- 4/2 | White Sox vs Diamondbacks | 8:10PM CT | Bally Sports AZ

See you for the playoff push in 2023 Garrett.- ST GT 4/1: OAK @ SOX
all this overreacting on spring games is so hilarious. Keuchel may be toast...but how about they get out of Arizona, which any baseball fan of more than a couple years knows is where off-speed pitches don't spin. Give him 3-5 starts in April/May and then reactions can fly.- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
I like you way more when you are happy and not bitching. good post and this breakdown looks correct. Plus...Leury can't play the outfield when he has to start at 2B for our shitty Harrison acquisition...right? ?- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
so...everyone good with Pollock jacking one off Kimbrel in game 6 to win the WS? Calling it now....- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
He is expected my dude! I have him at 8+ WAR this season. I meant specifically in RF and LF. Elite now across the board.- Crochet having Tommy John surgery Tuesday
The worst part is the service time loss. The injury was honestly expected, but the lengthened pitching window is gone on both Kopech and Crochet. Major bummer- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
the player option is 10 mil though. So I get the 5+5 is more than 10, but Is he really going to get much more than that as a 35yo with an injury history? Depends on his season success. Andrew McCutchen is the only FA over 35 to get above 6 million for a contract that I can find in recent years (and it was a 1/8.5 mil deal) 34 year olds Calhoun (5.2) and Tommy Pham (7.5) also around that range, but mostly it falls in the 3-6 mil range at that age level.- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
At 34 (35 at time of option) this is really getting a 2 year 20 million dollar deal. on a competitive team...that doesn't require him to play 600 abs, I see zero reason why he doesn't take the 10 mil to end his career. This aligns perfect with Cespedes and Colas incoming and is miles better than a 5 year Conforto deal IF those guys are good enough to be starters.- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
Pollock being healthy in the playoffs is ALL that really matters. Him putting 300-400 regular season at bats is expected, but an outfield with him and Engel as late defense is ELITE.- Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
I called this weeks ago as a great fit and LOVE this. Robert can get some rest occasionally and Vaughn/Sheets can be a great DH combo. This team got MUCH better and picking up Kimbrel's option looks genius now. - Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
