When craft beer begins to be mass-produced, ingredients like yeast, hops, and grains get tweaked and reduced to increase profits. But I guess not everyone likes their beers to have stronger flavors or be less watered down. Different strokes for different folks.

I’m not a huge fan of the style but Revolution Cross of Gold is a very good one too.

Only because I think you may be able to sign Zobrist cheaper than that. He is 38 and coming off of a bad season. Jose Iglesias was better and only received 1/$3 million with a mutual option of $3 million for 2021.

I’d see if Zobrist would take a 1-year, $3 million dollar deal and Pedro Strop would take a 1-year, $2 million dollar deal. Zobrist can play both 2B and platoon with Mazara in RF. Strop would add another option to the bullpen.

No, I just think Zobrist is a perfect fit for this team if he still wants to play baseball and doesn’t want to leave Chicago. He’ll be cheap on a one year deal. He can start at 2B until Madrigal is up. He’s a switch-hitter who is stronger against lefties so once Madrigal is up, he can platoon with Mazara in RF. When both Madrigal and Mazara are in the lineup, he can server as the utility guy.
