This has nothing to do with us maybe finally losing a game today. But hopefully KW does realize we just mopped up on the NL and we could, uh, use a bat. Or make Ozzie play Dayan, who seems like he has a lively bat. What's wrong with totally dominating the NL, now we gots to play AL ball again, even though we start with the Royals.

We got back in the race by dominating the NL, now it'd be nice if KW got us a DH as we return to the AL. Without him making a move, I'd settle for Dayan but we know that isn't going to happen.

Those quality starts were easy for me to take for granted. That bomb by Colvin was pretty impressive and deadly today.

I never was one of those guys who hated the bombs. You have me mistaken. I'm the guy who stands up for Bobby, Dye, Wise and Oz. I'm not a home run hater. Never have been.

This game tests one's patience. If we stay patient, though, we still may win.

If the Sox had lost 10 in a row you might have a point. If it was a guy who is lazy it might matter. It's AJ and it doesn't matter. If AJ's at bat and behavior is that big a deal to Oz, he should mention it to AJ later. Since it was no big deal it's no big deal is my guess.

It's kind of the feel of this game, truthfully. 5-2 Cubs. That 3 run bomb killed our pitching mojo. We need to keep it w/in 3 and get to their bullpen eventually.

Pulling AJ there for not running to first would be the dumbest move in baseball history. We've won 11 in a row. He is a veteran. He would have got thrown out anyway. If it's something Oz is mad about, he should mention it after the game. In a perfect world does everybody play like Pete Rose? I guess yes.

I'm saying AJ struck out and walked back to the dugout. Big deal. Move on. What is Oz supposed to do, scream at him? I was responding to a post that said he should sit the rest of the game. Dumb.

And that is why you let it go this time that he didn't run to first. It's not normal AJ. He looked sick on the strike 3 which happens in a sport where you get fooled a lot more than you excel. Lousy at bat by Beckham.

If you are serious, you need help. That would help nothing.

Kotsay can be frustrating to watch as well. We need a solo bomb to tie this.
