I guess she put the Today show host in his place this morning. I'm starting to like Miley a bit. I do think she may be smarter than I used to give her credit for. She does seem to love drugs, though. That could be a slippery slope for her if she starts to abuse it badly like Lo-hag.

The article says the Sox are "downsizing." Makes perfect sense to me. I'm not going to get my hopes up of signing anybody decent. More like Keppinger signings. Thanks Adam Dunn for ruining everything in terms of free agency for the Sox in the future. Good luck, White Sox, if you downsize. It will take years and years to rebuild the pathetic farm system. We can all get used to crowds of 15,000 to 25,000 with 25,000 being a huge crowd on the south side.

I watched the Miley Cyrus SNL last night and I have a few comments. ... -- I have never liked her. Entering the show I've thought she wears too much red lipstick, has weird mouth and teeth and bad hair and has never turned me on. Also thought she was kind of an unlikeable celebrity. That all said, I thought it was a good SNL. I thought she looked a lot less unappealing and I even would go so far as to say she looked hot in the skit about Michelle Bachmann (sp) and the last skit about the guy who had Miley Cyrus in his room. She didn't have as much makeup on and actually looked sexy most of the show IMO. I also liked her 2 songs. I never thought I could tolerate her music and I actually enjoyed the 2 songs she played. I would say it was a moderately funny SNL and she looked good and acted well. I'd give the show a B- and Miley an A-. Do any of you have some Miley comments? Do you think she's hot or a hag? And did u like the SNL or hate it?

So what's going on with you guys that had some woman drama in your lives? It's dull around here. Let's discuss. Remember my friend who cheats on his wife and there was that hot Twin Peaks waitress he helped move and finally had one night of sex? Then she stopped calling him? Turns out she (25) is dating some 45-year-old guy and he takes her on trips all the time. She still texts my married friend but has not mentioned this 45-year-old guy. He discovered it on Facebook. I finally told him I felt dirty giving him advice cause I really like his wife and kids so I hope he doesn't ask me any more about the 25 year old. He said he's just happy he got to f*** her once at least. She really is amazingly hot. Any stories out there??

My impression of the Sox fanbase on this board (not everybody, but general consensus) is people on here don't want Jerry to spend big bucks to get the payroll up where it should be for a city the size of Chicago. I get the feeling the consensus is save the money and spend it all on international scouting and the draft and all this sort of stuff. Really, people ... I hate bad contracts as much as anybody (Rios, Dunn, Peavy) but cmon, the Sox have to improve the product. Let's believe for a moment we have a much better GM than Kenny and Mr. Hahn knows WHO to spend it on. In that case, spend, spend, spend. The Sox have to replace a TON of players in the lineup (pitching is fine) and one way to do that is to SPEND. Do you all agree with me there's a reluctance to spend money on here, as if we should give a flip about Jerry and his money??? I say SPEND IT. As far as a trade, package Beckham, DeAza and either Q or Santiago and we should be able to get something of interest.

Beckham has had five years to do something, so I'm pretty sure Sox won't give up on the Tank yet.

It's pretty simple: Sign Abreu and McCann or AJP; McCann long term; AJ one year if can't get McCann. Then trade Hector and Beckham for a third baseman. Let Semien play second. Now you then sign Granderson or Choo while trading DeAza for whatever you can get for him. You now have better hitters in the lineup than this year: McCann, Grandy, Abreu, Semien and A. Garcia. That's a pretty fricking good upgrade and IT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED.

And the peon Kiran, well he used to be an engineer in India and paid for his children to go to some pretty amazing US schools. He gave up a lot to give his children a better chance in this country and its pretty sickening the way many attorneys would treat him. I guess maybe they arent as stupid as you think and they can tell your disdain? Lets be honest, working with people isnt something everyone is good at. What a horrible story. A big deal attorney flat out lying about something racist like that. That attorney should be punished. What's somebody like Melissa to do in a situation like that if you don't speak up? That attorney should go straight to hell. WTF is WRONG WITH PEOPLE???? Were they raised by animals? There is right and wrong in this world and people in power so often s*** on people. Makes me sick.
