The reasons for Koch's struggles are well-known, if you talk to the people who will actually talk about it, figure it out for yourself, it's pretty self-evident when you begin to think long and hard about it. And I've heard it from a few people connected with the Sox, so I'm pretty confident I am right on the money in what exactly happened with Koch. Hopefully he continues to throw the ball better like he has his last few outings.

This is no surprise if true, obviously something is wrong with the guy, you just don't fall off the face of the Earth like he has the past two seasons for no apparent reason.

Don't get too overexcited about Kelly, he has admitted his velocity is not there yet. I like him a lot though and he's definitely someone everyone wants to see succeed with the big club. Let's hope he can be solid for us the rest of the year.

And by the way, let's see how Cotts does with starting before we make any trades for another pitcher, don't jump the gun KW. BTW, we'd be a lot better around here if we had the guy on the right making decisions for this team...

Marte has been far worse than Koch this season, despite the fact the ERA's don't make it appear that way. If he could get his act together quickly I would feel a lot better about our bullpen.

Sele sucks, I'd rather keep Jose at SS, Uribe at 2B and Harris in CF than acquire this bum.
