Win #13 on halfway to Halloween night? Spooky. Took until May 13th last season and May 14th in 2024. Sox secure a series win and (at least) a split of the homestand. Soriano's first loss, 3 ER in 5 IP after none in his previous ~25. Dominguez 4 straight saves and 7/8 for April. Sox playing .500 ball since the opening roadtrip and 6-4 in their last 10. Half a game behind the Twins for 3rd, 2 out of 1st.

4IP, 1 H, 3 BB, 6 K, 2 ER for Hagen. The one hit was a HR that followed up a walk. Held his velo a bit better from start to finish, and was efficient enough (66 pitches) with no especially long innings. Cannon on in relief.

Yesterday was the Sox 12th win and also Mune’s 12th HR. Pretty sure the 11th win/Muneshot also happened on the same day. But if they score 1 on Soriano, it will match the total he’s given up all season in six starts (5-0). Tiny 0.24 ERA and 0.82 WHIP in 37.2 innings. 140 batters faced, and the only damage has been a Drake Baldwin solo shot. Best chance is trying to get him out in 6 or less to go after the pen again.
