Have you ever been there when the stadium is full? It's a mess just as bad as the rest of them. I agree, it's just the nature of large scale events. The traffic around GRF is one thing when there's 15k fans at the game, it's a completely different story when there's a sellout.

Moncada with an 8 game hitting streak. Maybe it was injuries.

I lived there for a year.

State, Wentworth, 35th and 31st St are a mess on Sox gamedays

Arlington Park isn't that bad, also there are two Metra stations on the campus. Downtown AH is a pain, no doubt.

A lot of Sox fans live in the SW burbs and AH is actually fairly accessible from a driving perspective. You just hop on 355/53 and you're right there.

The point of re-doing Soldier Field for the Sox is to have a stadium on the lakefront. But if they do that, retractable roof is out and April games will be brutally cold. I know everyone complains about the logistics for Soldier Field, but unless you're taking public transit it's not much worse than GRF. Don't they also have trolleys from the Roosevelt L stop?

What about Getz?

Jerry isn't spending like Steve Cohen so idk what you expect.

Buffalo's backup is also named Allen. Josh Allen played one drive

Bob Barker, 99

Are you on drugs? The Sox can't beat the goddamn A's. They are nowhere close to winning. It's 100% a rational take from a fan to have wanted to trade Cease.

Ya know they did

Do you believe Northbrook Bob or Nightengale? @fathom

Bob has been in front of so many things White Sox there's no reason to believe it won't be Getz and Moore. When it is official, my interest will go way down for the foreseeable future

Jerry is doing his best to channel his inner Bill Wirtz

I think the Royals don't view Salvy as a bad contract. The Sox were literally going to give up value for him weeks ago.

Where, in the Sox territory of Chicagoland, could they realistically build a stadium and entertainment district?

I don't know off the top of my head....what other bad contracts exist with 1 or 2 years left that the Sox could swap Moncada for? Has to be similar money

I think it has something to do with their dysfunction tbh.

What do the Mets, White Sox and Angels all have in common?

I agree that the Sox are a sleeping giant....but they won't wake up until Jerry sells. Hopefully, he doesn't sell to someone that sees the business of baseball similar to himself. I could possibly see that being a condition of sale. They have to start fighting the Cubs for market share, something that JR has never done.

Braxton Jones is the only healthy OL starter right now. Could be a long season, with the same characters attempting to block for Fields.
