  1. I've seen a couple articles saying Frank's just outside the bubble of MVP contenders. I found that to be cool.
  2. I love Hermy; it's good to see him back up with the club, even if it's just for a brief amount of time.
  3. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Sep 6, 2006 -> 10:04 PM) And the roller coaster ride continues.
  4. QUOTE(rangercal @ Sep 6, 2006 -> 01:25 AM) I still don't get what that has to do with this season, when this team is outside of the playoffs at this point in time. And with all the work I have to do tonight, I won't get to check this out until tomorrow Gage.
  5. QUOTE(Texsox @ Sep 6, 2006 -> 11:07 AM) We desperatly need a couple more loses. This team needs a three game deficit, then come roaring back. Ozzie is brilliant in recognizing this. Hah. For some reason, I doubt Ozzie had this in mind.
  6. I don't know what genius thought this was for the better, but I do find it comical. They won't get many more members with this format. I mean what person that's not on the site is going to voluntarily want to be stalked?
  7. I know you're all surprised, but Tiger clinches eighth PGA Player of the Year award.
  8. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Sep 5, 2006 -> 01:43 PM) FYI, Scrubs reruns are starting soon on Comedy Central QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Sep 5, 2006 -> 02:13 PM) WGN is going to be playing them as well. And I'm not mad at all.
  9. I'm just waiting for Scrubs which is coming back in January. Other than that, I don't really have much of a concrete TV schedule.
  10. QUOTE(fathom @ Sep 4, 2006 -> 06:21 PM) Great timing for us to be facing this Red Sox offense....NOT! You watch too much Borat.
  11. Boo to not getting today off, but I'm done now. I'll be watching Tiger-Vijay now, and Gamedaying the Sox tonight.
  12. Vijay Singh started the final round 3 strokes up on second place Tiger. Through 7 holes today, Tiger's 6 under, and he's now two up on Vijay. This shall be fun.
  13. She's not the one that had this huge crying rant when someone left some "hurtful" comment about her, is she?
  14. Good stuff. Dayn Perry's old pic must have been from years ago, because he's ballooned and added some glasses since the last time I read one of his articles.
  15. QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Sep 3, 2006 -> 12:03 AM) FWIW, having a scrimmage open to the public in which a recruit plays is an NCAA violation. From my understanding, no NCAA violations were broken, as the public was locked out of the event.
  16. Indiana's 1-0 to start the season w/ a 39-20 win over Western Michigan.
  17. QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Sep 2, 2006 -> 11:26 AM) and is open to the public.... get your ass there greasy! Go straight to Memorial Stadium afterwards. Time to put the tailgating on hold to do some recon for all of us. I had to work a volleyball tourney all day at the university gym, so I didn't get to check it out. However, I heard that it got pretty out of hand with some protestors from other schools and NBA scouts there. They ended up having to kick the public out and locking the doors. ------- http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/arti...003/1004/SPORTS And more recruting news, IU picks up a 6-10, 225 pound center from California Eli Holman. He looks to be a good pickup. I'm very pleased with Sampson's first class thus far, considering the circumstances.
  18. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Sep 2, 2006 -> 01:09 AM) Rose and gordon making an unofficial recruiting visit to indiana this weekend. Might they commit? Rumors going around...bad news for DePaul, devastating for illinois... There's a pick-up scrimmage set for 4 PM today at AH.
