So they're doing a NBA Live version of Madden Nation on ESPN. There's no way this was going to be as good as Madden Nation, but to make it even worse, they had to have Scoop Jackson host the show.

QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ Feb 10, 2007 -> 06:40 PM) Can someone present me the case against Illinois and the NCAA? I would like to see it. I still think their a lock barring something very unusual happening. I agree. I think Illinois will be in, if they win the games they're supposed to from here on out (vs. NW, vs. Michigan, @ Penn State). -

Haha, all I had was the line. It was lame, they didn't let you take any steps before the shot; you just had to chuck it. -

Good win. I actually expected a close game like for that some reason today, and I'm glad it ended up that way. We needed to win a game like that. Bassett and Wilmont carried us all day. It was nice to see them go inside, and not depend on the three so much today (only shot 9 in the game). And wow, Stemler was absolutely horrid today. I hope he's only coming off the bench for now, because he really slows down what our offense is doing. And as for the officiating, I think this is the first time in forever that IU has even got to the line in the first half at home. Also it was nice to finally get to watch an actual game being played. Because in our previous game at Iowa, the refs called 50+ fouls in the game. This was a huge improvement from that. -
Dogs are awesome.

I agree that it was better in the beginning, but it still is the best thing on TV IMO. Bad Scrubs >>>>>> anything else on TV.

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 9, 2007 -> 02:11 PM) I agree. Is it just me or is the show getting just over the top goofy, it always had a good amount of silly humor to it but it seems like they're getting away from reality a lot more these days I think they're trying to tone that down. Bill Lawrence has noted what you said. In S4 and S5, he said a lot of the kooky stuff that was in the fantasies entered the real world (the ostriches, etc.). He's noted that fans of seen that, and he's been quoted in the past month or so (I wish I could find the quote) saying that they're trying to keep it all in the dreams/fantasies again. I can definitely see where driving a half-open RV is goofy though, but I enjoyed it.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Feb 9, 2007 -> 11:31 AM) As a matter of a fact I remember seeing someone on here had a quote from Deron Williams about there not being any reason why they wouldn't choose Ill, oh wait there is one reason... or something to that effect. EDIT:Never mind I found it again "There's absolutely no good reason (for Gordon) to choose Indiana over Illinois," Dee Brown said. "None." Sitting next to him in the visitor's locker room at Minnesota's Target Center, Deron Williams said: "Oh, there could be a reason." I know that's WS101's sig, and judging by his posts on here, and his using of that sig, I feel it's more of a knock on Bruce than anything else. At least that's the way I interpret it.

Okay, last week was still good, because it was Scrubs. But that was the first one I haven't watched afterwards multiple times on the net. But tonight was one of those classics. It had some hilarious moments, while adding some interesting twists and drama to the story. I definitely didn't see that ending coming.

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Feb 8, 2007 -> 04:28 PM) I know you did. You edited it because Steff called you out. You don't 'feel any different. That's not it at all. If you want me to say it again, I feel no remorse for her death. She led a sad life.

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Feb 8, 2007 -> 04:18 PM) What the hell? Seriously, don't delete my posts because you're not man enough to stick up for your comments. Atleast you bothered to post your true feelings -- until called out. I edited it for a reason; so I didn't need a quote of it out there after the fact. I'm not trying play some stupid game.
