It's too bad that he doesn't have a person in uniform who the org or this board would hold responsible to help him deal with his long swing, which as far as I can see, is starting at a weird drop of his hands.

it's a weird threshold, but I agree with KW. I'm not down for bean ball wars, but the Sox haven't pitched inside enough this year. Example: Alexei gets chin music.... the Sox staff should have thrown a purpose pitch

anyone who is familiar with meds have any idea what family of drugs this could have been in if it's true? Manny claims it wasn't a steroid, so something like a stimulant maybe?

I posted this about 4 pages ago, but there was a flurry of posts and I think it's worth reposting... on AM 1000 Canseco was specifically asked about Frank Thomas and he said, paraphrased, "I can't say, it was the steroid era."
