So how can they prove that it will not break down? I believe I have a first gen and it is scratched up, so can I fill this out to get some money? My gf bought a refurbished one for $60. Perhaps she could fill one out as well?

Juan Cruz. You never know. Maybe they just want to hang out with Paul Byrd for a few months.

No, I'm quoting Thomas Jefferson. You can find the quote here too, if you dare to read it: http://www.statenews.com/index.php/article..._popular_belief http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%...mp;aq=f&oq= 958 results, including a Christian site that calls Jefferson an "Unebliever." http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Wolves/thomas_jefferson.htm Are they full of s*** too?

Again, why is not murdering or stealing from others an exclusive tradition to the Chrisitians? I bet the cavemen knew better than that. If they were truly Chrisitian why have so many other principles or traditions found in the bible not passed into law? Like staying away from women on the rag, stoning homosexuals and people not keeping the Sabbath holy?

I figured maybe until the draft. His compensation is based for the 2009 draft, correct?

http://www.aynrand.org/site/News2?id=6177 "The day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the Supreme Being as his father, in the womb of a virgin, will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter." -Thomas Jefferson Yeah, that sounds like a really religious christian

How many religions don't have principles of not steal from others or killing your fellow man? Pretty simple. It's the stuff like not coveting your neighbors goods (our economy is bad as it is,) and selling your children into slavery that AREN'T traditions in this country. Thank (fill in the blank) for that.

I find that hard to believe considering there was a story on yahoo.com about how or whether they said his middle name.

imagine the outcry if it was a muslim prayer.

Iguchi went back to Japan Mike Stanton and Luis Rivas signed minor league deal with the Cubs. UPDATE!

Obviously Chris Young completely forgot how to play CF. Same with Grady Sizemore. Swisher sucked last year. PERIOD. Why is it "his BA was low because his BABIP was low," and not "his BABIP was low because his BA was low." Swisher does have control over his batting average, it is not completely random. His approach at the plate sucked. If it's so impossibly unlucky for Swisher to have the season he did last year, how was it Konerko put up a better line despite having a higher LD% and LOWER BABIP???

How many Sox games do you watch across the pond?

Vantage point was a complete mess. The rewind gimmick was so annoying but the last part had a pretty good car chase. Burn After Reading had a good story, but I just didn't find it very funny.

I pledged to run 1/4 mile for every post made in the biggest loser forum, and from May-December I put on about 15 pounds.

rich Hill is going to be 29 years old during spring training and cannot find the plate. Look at his current performance in the Venezulan league: 21 IP, 6.86 ERA 23 H, 16 ER, 23 BB, 16 K, 3 HBP, 2.19 WHIP, 7 Wild pitches. Fork 'em

I imagine Mario has a concussion history similar to Troy Aikman with the amount of times he smashes his head on bricks. Why did Mario fall as fast in the water as he did on land?

It's one thing to read NSBB.com, but I wouldn't copy it. Hill and Cedeno are also out of options so I don't why San Diego would be so open to filling up their 25 man roster with them and adding some more players to their 40 man as well. I wonder if Pie ever got in a bar fight with one of Piniella's kids.

Was that Gregory Pratt who answered that correctly?

Never even heard off the place. Used to get them across the street, and later down the block at pitcher's dream. Then got some at all-american comics, a good amount at off the wall, and I remember J and R video (or whatever was there) selling them too.

So far I've been reading the liqudators have jacked the prices up to MSRP and are taking 10-20% those prices on CD's and DVD's. Another scam I was reading about on an anti Best Buy site: If the customer doesn't want to pay the extended warranty plan, go in the back and tell them that TV is out of stock. I think they may gotten me on that one as well, but I still ended up with a great TV. No need to qorry about the 4 pixels in each quadrant.

Well perhaps we should all just pull an Oedipus Rex by pulling our eyes out and f***ing our mothers. To think, all this time I thought Johan was one of the top pitchers in the league yet Javy is apparently worth more money than him. Can you give me an honest answer to this question? Do you care how often a batter strikes out?

Where is Matt's at?

Give everyone a gun and I bet the % of accidental deaths jumps up quite a bit. I also think there will be a percentage of anti-gun people who will say "I bet those X% wish that they didn't have a gun."
-
Yes, I too find it hilariously ironic that Columbine High School was in a gun free zone. Who's the idiot that thought that was a good idea? Don't they know high schools and colleges are the prime targets for warzones?

They're no worse than the pushy salesman who tries and sell an extended warranty ontop of the TV or tell me that "The most important thing with flatscreen TV's is the quality of your cables" and then try to shove a monster cable down your throat for $150. They got me once on that as I picked up a cable in an open package for $65 or so and even at the separate register the clerk commented on my open cable. "Ooh, that's a nice cable." It was really a drop in a bucket compared to everything else I made in that purchase. I read a lot of stories on bestbuysucks.com that make me even think less of POS salesmen. I remember Circuit City's no questions asked return policy too. I had a calculator that was damaged by too much exposure to rain so I bought a new one, swapped them in the packaging and returned it for full price. Take THAT! mother nature.
