  1. No, he was the black mob boss in The Dark Knight http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0925227/
  2. Same here. Here's a vote for L.A. Tech
  3. Jermaine Dye had a line of .438/.500/.688 and knocked in the only run in the clincher Joe Crede had a line of .294/.333/.706 and had a better ALCS than WS

Two people (BobDylan is really hard to count because it's a remake and the only movies I've seen him admit he's liked are NCFOM and Changeling) = "so many?" It has a score of 89 on the tomatometer. I hate western movies, but after renting this I decided to buy a copy for myself.
  5. Jesus Christ it's right next to his name. Luis Ayala-R- Mets Feb. 6 - 5:40 pm et The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that the Twins and Luis Ayala have come to terms on a one-year, $1.3 million contract. Ayala isn't the eighth-inning guy the Twins desired, but he remains worthy of a spot in a major league pen. $1.3 million isn't a bad deal. Source: Minneapolis Star Tribune Related: Twins Randy Wolf-S- Astros Feb. 6 - 5:39 pm et MLB.com reports that the Dodgers and free agent Randy Wolf are believed to be close to a deal. It was only a matter of time. Wolf lost his other suitors when the Mets re-signed Oliver Perez, the Diamondbacks brought in Jon Garland and the Astros got cheap. He'll join Chad Billingsley, Hiroki Kuroda and Clayton Kershaw in the Los Angeles rotation. Source: Dodgers.mlb.com Related: Dodgers

"He's also become a whore for the big budget blockbuster movie" Seems to contradict what you said earlier. he made $38 million for The Dark Knight. Rescue Dawn had a budget of $10 million, the machinist had a budget of $5 million, and Harsh Times had a budget of $2 million. Harsh Times didn't have too good of a screenplay but he managed to make the movie watchable.

    It's Tax Season

I plan on getting close to $7500 interest free loan with the return this year. I don't expect too much back in other returns.

you really don't think that the Prestige wasn't an outstanding movie? you don't think his character in that movie had any depth? Bruce Wayne doesn't have any depth? Rescue Dawn and Harsh times were not big budget movies by any means. I don't even think they cracked double digits in box office income.
  9. Andruw Jones rejected a Yanks' minor league offer, and jim Edmonds refused to waive his NTC to come here before last season.

    ...rescue Dawn, the Machinist???
  11. Personally I think "myth" is a better term. Come on, it's insulting to put him on the same level of Frank Thomas, Nellie Fox, Luis Aparicio, or even Dick Allen.
  12. So you also feel that if Brian Anderson played last year full time he would've hit .275 hit 25 homers?
  13. Athomeboy would routinely post stuff in the fillibuster to pull the right wingers in, and when he would come to the Pale Hose board he was months behind on the team. He talked about how much Konerko sucked at the time despite how hard he was hitting the cover off of the ball in September. After seeing Mexsox call Baines his childhood hero I looked at his profile and was surprised to see his age. I thought he was 15 or 16. "lol the Love Guru is funny" <----post in a game thread. Give Bearsox credit on Nick Swisher, however we didn't really regret not having Sweeney.
  14. Most Likely out of baseball: Mike DiFelice, Robert Fick, Wiki Gonzalez, Javier Lopez, Doug Mirabelli (thought I read he was going to coach somewhere,) Gary Bennett, Scott Hatteberg, Mark Sweeney, Miguel Cairo, Morgan Ensberg (man he fell hard,) Tomas Perez (remember when the Sox traded for in him in 2007?) Ramon Martinez, Jay Payton, Shannon Stewart, Jacque Jones, Brian Lawrence, Shawn Chacon, Curt Schilling, Steve Trachsel, Kris Benson, Al Reyes, Mike Timlin, Joe Borowski
  15. What about the taxpayers' cost of housing non-violent offenders (just noticed you mentioned it) and people waiting longer for trials? My dad is a prosecutor and tells me how pissed he gets because he has to waste the court's time and money to show up to see a woman ask again for an extension on the $75 fine she owes for possesion. It's so stupid. The war on drugs costs at least $20 billion a year.
  16. Ahem, I was talking about prostitution. Keeps violence off he streets (rapes and robberies of women, can't go to the police,) and if we force mandatory HIV/STD testing to work in a legal whorehouse, we are protecting the public health as well.
  17. Eh, the FCC could lose some fat and save tome tax dollars. Doesn't anyone really care if a program says the "f" word? if it bothers you so much, why are you watching the program. Of course then's there's the whole deal about profanity. It's just words.
