  1. I don't understand why some people or the government feel the need to CONTROL what I or others listen to. I know what his show is about. I know what he is saying. If I don't like it I can change the channel/station. What is the big deal? I don't understand the need for stricter regulations. About the accident, it was a gruesome accident. I am in the opinion as Fan is on that a Mustang + 3:30 in the AM equals more than 80. However, more would also go into this to convince me that it was the drivers fault. Was he drunk? How old was he? Teenager + Mustang + 3:30 in the AM = very high rate of speed. That is just my opinion. I am sure we will all know the specifics by the end of the weekend.
  2. I'm glad he isn't tolerating this. I don't think he is mad about pre season losses. I think he is mad about what he explained, seeing players in the late innings not giving a s***. He should be mad about that. He should not tolerate Loaiza's performance. He should not tolerate laziness or lack of focus. If he kept letting it go I can see it turning into a big problem. He had to take a stand at some point and he determined this would be a good time to do it. I believe he did the right thing because I am sick of seeing this attitude from the last couple years. Time will tell.
  3. Wow 3 young pitchers in the top 17? No wonder Dusty got such a bad rap with pitchers while in SF.
  4. Ed Gein should be an easy topic to find lots of information on. Plus they have based a couple characters in horror movies off of his likeness. Psyho, Texas Chainsaw Masacre...usually anything to do with taxedermy or eating people, even though it was never found that he actually ate them. It is speculation and guess work that he did.
  5. There is more money you are saving then. It is an additional 2 bucks per receiver for DirecTV. Thats right its the mans job.
  6. Steff does it cost you more per month for each reciever you have? If so how much? Can't you just upgrade the LNB so you can attach more receivers to it? DirecTV has one that can support 5 receivers, I am not sure how Dish Network works. That should be something you can do yourself I would think and it should save you on istallation and such.
  7. Your right about the PVR, however I believe that depends on the number of PVRs you have and the package you have. We subscribe to one of the premium packages and have never been charged for the use of the PVR system. I also only have one PVR system for the living room. My other TVs use DTV as well, but do not use the PVR system. So that may also figure into the overall scheme of things. It is 5 bucks per month for the use of the PVR system without a premium package, so that wouldn't deter me from ever using a better overall product. I am not sure if it is 5 bucks per PVR system per month or 5 bucks per month. Either way I don't have a need for more than one PVR system. Not sure about other sport packages, but the NFL package is exclusive to DTV and I can't get enough football. So if the PVR costs only 5 bucks more a month and I can watch all the football I can handle then that is the way to go for me. It all boils down to personal preference.
  8. I dont know what you mean by this statement Mathew. Are you in the field, going into the field?
  9. I just heard this rumor, but is David Boston really going to the Dolphins? I heard it is either for a 1st round pick or a conditional 3rd round pick that can be a 2nd or 1st based on Boston's performance. Did anyone else hear this?
  10. Yeah, women just drug their kids, or drown them in a bath tub, or drive their kids off into a lake. Aileen Wournos could be considered a serial killer.
  11. I did this as well. However it never asked me for a zip it just asked me to pick my five favorite teams. I was not able to do as many as you have there. When I had all my picks it told me to limit it to 5. The White SOx are on there to choose from though.
  12. DirecTV is awesome. I love it. I had cable, and dish network, DirecTV is by far the best. All the sports you can handle (or in my case afford) and tons of movie channels. Also great for HDTV if you have that or are thinking of getting it.
  13. I purchase items there all the time to build computers or to upgrade. I have never had a problem with them. I did have a case window that I had to return that I was given some bad information on, but 1 time out of 100 isn't a bad ratio. If I was you I would just upgrade your current system, unless it gets too expensive. A good place to look for parts is www.pricewatch.com. Make sure you read everything though because most items are OEM, which a lot of people don't like. I, again, have never had a problem with OEM parts. Plus they are still under warranty by the manufacturer. I think most don't like them because it doesn't come with the manual or software/driver. But you can easily find those things by searching the web. Good luck on either way you go.
  14. Thank you for your help. Being poor as I am is one reason I was leaning towards a certification school. You can take out a student loan to pay for it. Thank you and I will check out that site.
  15. I am planning on obtaining my MCSE before then end of the year. I see that a lot of places offer training as well MCSE training on software and videos. Does anyone have a recommendation for me? A specific school or software. Anything would be helpful, thank you.
  16. that is exactly what a red ass is. Edgy guy.

    Dog Help

cwsox and mreye are both correct. Here is a little more advice. Where ever your dog has previoulsy done his business clean it really good to remove all of the scent. I believe they sell cleaning products at pet stores if you are unsure on what to use. I know bleach will get it out, but I am not sure about the area you are cleaning or if it is safe to use bleach in that specific area. If the dog smells any of it he will go right back to that spot and do his business again. Positive reinforcement is always the key with animals, especially young ones. They have very short attention spans so if you start yelling or hitting they usually have no idea why you are doing so. Unless you are right there and catch them in the act you should not yell at it. Another thing dogs like that shows aproval is a little healthy snack and a rub on the chest. Dogs love to be rubbed on the chest for approval, it means a lot to them. When they do something good always tell them how good they were, act very happy, and pet/rub their chest. Some dogs are more stubborn than others and take a lot of work. A lot of time and patience is required. By the way, huskies are beautiful dogs that was a great choice. They are very active and can jump very high. Very athletic and beautiful dogs.
  18. Very impressive, sounds similar to Carlos Zambrano's numbers yesterday.
  19. I would like to join in to any discussion involving the Bible. I would love to learn just don't know how much I could bring to the table as far as knowledge of the scriptures as I don't know much more than the basics.
  20. It all depends on what you are looking to use it for. Desktops have dropped tremendously in price so bang fr your buck would definately be in the desktop's favor. Just something that us college guys tend to think about first I believe.
  21. Wow that is a huge jump. I have seen scenarios where is in the first round. I believe picked by the Eagles.
  22. Wow, thanks a lot cheat. I am going to check those 2 books out. Sounds like some very interesting stuff? Thanks again.
