QUOTE(YASNY @ Mar 17, 2006 -> 01:40 PM) I hope this does hit the floor for open debate and discussion. In a way, so do I, but both sides are going to politicize it so bad that the stench from the s***storm will be felt all over the world. Of course, to some, the Democrats are just doing the "morally conscionable" thing here. GMAFB. It's politcal grandstanding. On both sides.

Amatuers. (I gotta talk s*** because I'm going to look like s*** after today probably). I never would have thought I'd be 15-1 after day one, that's for sure.

God no. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Just what I want to see plastered all over my tv from now until hell freezes over is stupid ass Terrell Ownes. The Dallas media has to be creaming their collective pants.

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Mar 17, 2006 -> 12:24 AM) So, the American Research Group polled on this issue, and found Americans actually favoring Censure for Bush on this issue by a narrow margin within the 95% confidence Interval margin of error. Interestingly, in polling just independents, more independents support impeachment of this president than support censure. Hang the f***er! Besides, all today was (Iraqi offensive) was to shore up poll numbers. Just ask the media. I've heard it three times today now on the radio.

I've only missed Wichita St. to this point. Not bad.

QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 10:02 PM) Even funnier, I have seen big ads for Cubs tickets in the ad ticker on here. yea, the words "chicago" and "tickets" bring up that dastardly "Cubs tickets" combo, unfortunately.

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 09:30 PM) Prada, London Hotels, E Harmony. What are you guys trying to imply? That you're supposed to meet some chick from E Harmony - buy her lots of Prada stuff and then take her to a London Hotel and live happily ever after.

QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 08:32 PM) What happened to the snow? Is anyone near Chicago getting any of it? Ya, mate. Lots of it. It's sunny and 80 right now. Leaves are out, wildflowers on the way, grass is green, and life is good.

QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 05:58 PM) I'll be at the game since I already have season tickets. Won't pay extra for the pre-game picnic. Call me a cheap ass. CHEAP ASS. You told me to.

It's a horrible date. Not just speaking for me, but most colleges, etc that week is finals, and most of the people who frequent are high school, college age. No offense to the others, but that's how I see it. This really needed to be later in the summer, but I can also see why the Sox did it this way.

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 05:46 PM) No, the '98 Yankees couldn't go up. As a team, we still can. I don't know about that. Pretty much the entire pitching staff had career years last year. I don't possibly see how that will happen again. The offense looks horrible so far this spring. When they come up to the cold, cold north, it gets worse, at least usually that's what happens. The key, much like last year, is to get off to a good start. For some reason, I don't sense the same swaggar or hunger that was there last year, but then again, it's hard to judge that in Spring Training, coming off of a World Series hangover. -

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 04:25 PM) I am thinking the samething actually. I didn't want to say it first, but I think the Sox are going to suffer a let down and win something like 86-88 games this year. The pitching staff is showing signs of cracking and that scares the s*** out of me. Well, there's no where to go but to stay at the same level or go down. Kinda weird, eh? We can't go up... -
Not everyone got it this time. Just don't open it and get rid of it is the best solution.

QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 06:06 AM) Can you explain the football marking on the field then? That was the only thing that led me to question where the baseball scene was filmed. Hmm, I really thought it was Anahiem based on the seating arrangement, but I didn't pay THAT close of attention.

QUOTE(DABearSoX @ Mar 16, 2006 -> 06:25 AM) All that matters is they said comiskey park and the scrubs weren't metioned.......and there was about a second clip of millenium park. He did have a Cubs hat on during the show though. My wife looks at me and says "that's it, you can never watch the show again". I laughed.

I can't stand Ace. Reminds me a lot of Constantine from last year and I thought he was a punk, too. But he certainly didn't deserve the bottom three based on past performance. Kevin has a cult following of geeks unlimited. Pathetic.

There is a script in there that I cannot find that had exploited the site - I was aware of it two days ago. I looked last night and couldn't find it. All the 4sportspage.propogation.net is the DNS for the mail server. Thanks guys for letting me know. I'll get on this as soon as I can.

It was Anahiem. And the airport shots with the plane in the background - was at LAX. What's even funnier is I know EXACTLY what building that was shot in, and every time I see that damn 747-100 sitting out behind it with "KALITTA AIR" on it, I about laugh myself to death. I used to work for the company that had that plane before Kalitta had it. As a matter of fact that could be the one we played football in while waiting for an ice storm to clear up.

I'll try to make it, I have s***loads to do.

You know what this really is? It's not an ocean forming, it's Haliburton putting a gigantic oil pipe underneath Africa so we can tap all that oil. Come on people! Get it right!

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Mar 15, 2006 -> 07:16 PM) I hoped he wouldn't be in 04. In retrospect, who would you have chosen?

Great, Alex! WTG! Now you can go have a beer and not worry about it.
