WHOOO!!! I just got home from school. I have lunch at 1:30ish, and I was listening to the Sox-Pre Game, and my buddy who's a Cubs fan was listening to their game. We both were wearing those "hoodies", and the dean comes up to him and takes his earphones and radio but doesn't take mine! Then during History, my last period, I heard PK with the 2-Run double, Alomar's Homer, and Lee's homer. How has Buerhle looked? I know he gave up two runs, but how has he looked?

I agree with aboz here. Actually, I'm hoping a lot more people pick the Sox to finish 2nd and lower - it seems when people think we will do well, we end up sucking and underachieving. Meanwhile, if people rip this team and don't think we'll do well, this team will be out to prove something, which probably will be a good thing in the end.

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum - but I thought that I need help with getting a sig, so I put it here. I never had a sig before, and I've seen some real cool ones. I never knew how to get one - but I figured out that certain people in Soxtalk know how to make them (and make them well, might I add.). I have the certain people who I'd want in my sig in mind, but, I guess getting to the point, can someone please make one for me? I have in mind something with a guy from my three favorite teams - Ruutu, Tillman, and Marte. If possible (I apologize if I'm asking for a lot here.), I'd like the picture of Tillman stealing the ball from Moss in the endzone, a picture of Ruutu in the black alternate, and any picture of Marte will do. Sorry for the length of this - I've just seen so many sigs on here that seem very cool. Thanks. P.S. You can put your name in there, too, or I can just type under it that you made it. If possible, just the names of the guys above or below their picture. Again, I apologize if I'm asking for too much.

OMG, while I'm not the biggest fan of Jeff Joniak, his call was awesome on that play - it was a classic play, my dad was laughing so hard. It was so funny. That was such a fun season for me. I love baseball, but the feeling of going to those Bears games - it was nuts. I really hope Lovie can bring us back to greatness.

Damn guys - the right side of our line is just going to dominate opposing lines. Tait, Brown, and Kruetz. Now, if Tucker can come back to his form of two years ago, we have a great offensive line. Let the rest of them battle it out for that LT spot. That is the only part of the line that frightens me right now - LT. We should have our way with many teams, as far as running the ball is concerned. I think A-Train can be really dominant if Lovie gives him a chance - hell, he got 1000 yards last year behind that awful O-Line, he'll tear it up behind a real good O-Line.

I really hate those bastards: While showing a clip of Spring Training today (Sox vs Giants), they show a Barry Bonds homerun on Buerhle. AND THAT's IT!!!! Then, very quickly at the end, Dan Patrick adds that "the sox won the game" - I know you can't make a huge thing about just a ST game, but give me a break. How about showing Willie Harris with another solid game? What about Lee, who had a couple of hits? It really gets to me; I know I shouldn't let it, but it does...

I'm going, but I'm 5 years too young to get drinky drinky. I believe my seats are down the left field line, but they could be right behind the Sox dugout ! (my mom hasn't told me yet where they're at, she bought them from her boss) I might stop by and say hello, though. I cannot wait till that day - I'm very excited.
